I have had many difficult experiences with tradespeople in the past, but this job was completely the opposite.
From the very first stage—the inspection—I was impressed by the professionalism and the fair, transparent estimate provided by Yuri Boidariko. All materials were sourced and delivered on time.
Chase then demonstrated excellent craftsmanship in the timber floor installation, including precise surface levelling and repair of damaged sections.

The finished job is very good. Very accomodating to my changes in timelines due to other trades people delays. They were upfront that the job may have a variation in cost however, the variation was much higher than expected. I did struggle to reconcile the increase in cost.I'd recommend if they flag a possible variation to cost to provide an indicator of what that cost might look like.

We are glad that we asked LKV Flooring to upgrade our bedroom carpet to hybrid flooring.
Yuri (sales consultant) is not only knowledgeable of his products, but also kindly provided advice relating to installation and approval process from body corporate back by his rich experience whenever we had questions and concerns. Liza is efficient with communication and she responded my emails in timely manner.
At installation, Vlad explained process well and answered our questions, and Yuri (installer) was quite efficient and concentrated on installation. The flooring installation was complete so neatly.
If people are looking to upgrade their floor finish, I can recommend LKV Flooring with confidence and let them know that they will be in good hands.

We had the old tiles in our apartment replaced with premium hybrid flooring by LKV. They did an excellent job, especially with fixing the old defective leveling job that was done by the original builder and the complex herringbone installation.
